Reserve:Haute ("Reserve:Haute,"”R:H,” "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Reserve Haute, LLC., a Florida limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit reservehaute.com (the "Site"), join our waitlist, apply for membership in The Caviar Circle, book an activation, or otherwise engage with us.

Discretion is foundational to how we operate. This policy is written to reflect that standard, not merely to satisfy a legal minimum.

By using the Site or submitting information to us, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

 2. Information We Collect

 2.1 Information You Provide Directly

- Waitlist & inquiry information: name, email address, telephone number, city/region, and how you were referred to us.

- Membership application information: professional background, affiliations, referral source, sponsoring member, and other details submitted in connection with consideration for The Caviar Circle.

- Reservation and event information: event date, venue address, guest count, service tier selected, on-site contact details, and logistical requirements.

- Guest and dietary information: names of guests where you provide them, and dietary restrictions, allergies, or health-related preferences you voluntarily disclose so that we may serve you safely.

- Payment information: processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

- Correspondence: the content of emails, forms, messages, and communications you send to us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and time spent, using cookies and similar technologies. See Section 8.

 2.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from referring members, event partners, venue operators, planners, hospitality partners, publicly available business sources, and social media platforms where you have interacted with our content.

 2.4 Sensitive Information

We ask that you do not submit sensitive personal information (such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or detailed medical records) through the Site's forms. Where you voluntarily disclose an allergy or dietary condition, we use it solely for safe service and access is limited to the personnel executing your event.

We use information to:

- Evaluate waitlist entries, invitations, and applications for membership;

- Plan, staff, source, and execute reservations and activations;

- Communicate about your inquiry, booking, membership status, or account;

- Process payments, deposits, and invoices;

- Accommodate allergies, dietary needs, and safety requirements;

- Curate and personalize offerings, pairings, and invitations to future experiences;

- Send marketing communications where permitted (see Section 7);

- Maintain records required for food-safety, licensing, tax, insurance, and import compliance obligations;

- Protect against fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access, and enforce our Terms & Conditions;

- Improve the Site and our services.

Legal bases (for individuals in the EEA/UK): performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business; your consent (which you may withdraw); and compliance with legal obligations.

 4. Membership Confidentiality

Membership in The Caviar Circle is private. We do not publish, sell, license, or otherwise disclose our member roster. We do not confirm or deny an individual's membership to third parties except where compelled by law. Member identities, event details, and guest lists are treated as confidential business information and access is restricted to personnel with an operational need to know.

 5. How We Share Information

We share information only as follows:

Recipient Purpose

Service providers: Website hosting, email delivery, CRM, scheduling, analytics, payment processing

Event personnel: Contracted captains, servers, models, and specialists executing your activation

Venues & partners: Venue operators, planners, and hospitality partners where necessary to access a site or coordinate service

Logistics & suppliers: Cold-chain, courier, and import partners where required to fulfill an order

Professional advisors: Legal, accounting, and insurance advisors under duties of confidentiality

Legal & safety: Where required by law, subpoena, regulatory request, or to protect rights, property, or safety

Business transfer: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not rent, trade, or license our waitlist or member list to any third party.

 6. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including:

- Waitlist entries: until you request removal or after a period of sustained inactivity;

- Event and transaction records: as required for tax, insurance, licensing, and food-safety recordkeeping (generally a minimum of four years under applicable Florida and federal requirements);

- Membership records: for the duration of membership and a reasonable period thereafter.

 7. Marketing Communications & Text Messages

Email. By joining the waitlist or submitting an inquiry, you consent to receive communications regarding your request and, where permitted, occasional invitations and updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages regarding an active booking are not marketing and may still be sent.

SMS/Text. Where you provide a mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from us, which may be sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.

 8. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand how visitors engage with our content. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though certain features may not function properly. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required.
