    Reserve Haute is an independent luxury hospitality concept. We are completely unaffiliated with any retail caviar purveyors or brick-and-mortar restaurants.

  • Caviar is our signature, but every Pop-Up is a full tasting unique experiences curated pairings that are beyond the traditional with our own unique sensory approach, to the elegant mother-of-pearl service, and accompaniments selected to complement each grade, from Ossetra, Kaluga to Beluga.

  • We recommend submitting your inquiry as early as possible — reservations are filling up. Early requests receive priority in scheduling and activation planning.

  • Yes! We serve Tampa Bay, Orlando, Miami, and beyond. With advance notice, we can accommodate activations anywhere.

  • The Caviar Circle is Reserve Haute’s invitation-only tasting series — private, curated immersions and destination experiences reserved for invited members. These one-of-a-kind events offer intentional seats at the table and are not available for public booking.

    Access is strictly by invitation or by referral from a current member; you may request to join the waitlist to be considered. Please inquire or be introduced by an existing member for consideration.

  • Private Event Reservations: We take bookings for private celebrations, corporate events, and bespoke luxury gatherings. A Pop-Up is your private event on your date for your guests. Submit an inquiry form to reserve a date. You Reserve!

  • The Caviar Circle is invite-only to stay intimate. You can privately book Reserve Haute for your own curated experience. Hosting a Reserve Haute pop-up is required for potential future access.
